  • Account Manager
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring they are satisfied with the company's services. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs. DEPARTMENT: Account Management QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have proven account management or other relevant experience and be motivated to learn about the healthcare/health plan industry. They should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail and be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Comfort with aggressive deadlines and the ability to prioritize among competing tasks are essential. Additionally, the candidate should effectively leverage department tools and processes.
  • Account Coordinator
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Coordinator works closely with Account Managers on client accounts, handling order entry and following up on order status with both internal and external vendors. Responsible for ensuring the receipt of invoices from vendors and managing any invoicing issues that arise. Also responsible for taking meeting minutes and the dissemination ensuring that any to-do’s are followed-up. Additionally, they are responsible for the review and maintenance of client inventory, as well as covering for Account Managers when they are out of the office. DEPARTMENT: Account Management QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be motivated to learn about the healthcare/health plan industry. They should demonstrate the ability to follow direction and manage multiple responsibilities while paying strict attention to detail. Candidate should feel comfort with aggressive deadlines and have the ability to prioritize among competing tasks. Additionally, the candidate should effectively leverage department tools and processes.
  • Fulfillment Representative
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Fulfillment Representative is responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. They will work with the warehouse team to manage inventory and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery expectations. DEPARTMENT: Warehouse QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail. They should be able to multitask efficiently and work well under deadline pressure, maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout. Flexibility and the capability to thrive in a team environment are also essential for success in this role.
  • Warehouse Representative
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Representative is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. They will ensure the correct items are picked, packed, and shipped to customers, maintain inventory records, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. DEPARTMENT: Operations QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and efficiently using both verbal and written skills, and will be capable of reading, interpreting, and reviewing instructions for the preparation of materials. They should be able to work cooperatively with others, understand basic mathematics, and adapt to varied work requirements with flexibility. Basic computer skills are also necessary. Additionally, the physical requirements for this role include lifting up to 60 pounds, walking, bending, climbing stairs, standing for prolonged periods, and performing repetitive physical labor, consistent with shipping operations.

They will prepare and post bills, monitor account statuses for inconsistencies, manage the accounts receivable database, and prepare detailed reports on billing activity. This role requires proficiency with computers and Excel, exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to working efficiently and accurately within a team. DEPARTMENT: Accounting QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an accounting department position and demonstrate proficiency with computers and Excel.
